Hii hii! I'm Cigi and I love to make a bunch of different clothing products and avatars that fit my aesthetic and general vibeee. I've been doing this for like.. I dunno, a long freaking time, but I'm trying to really take the quality of my products to a new level!!

I'm always trying to learn and experiment with what I can do in my free time, and how I can better make stuff that I know other people would like and enjoy! If you wanna talk about creating different things or share information im always down, I love to learn and try and help other creators out with improving (whilst also improving myself because im a little stupid), my dms are always open!

How do I become a partner?

To become a partner with Cigi.dev, you'll need to follow these steps:

Partnership applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We typically look for creators who align with our aesthetics and have a consistent track record of quality content creation.

How do I get support for products?

Support for all Cigi.dev products is available through our Discord server:

  1. Join our Discord server using the invitation link
  2. Navigate to the #support-and-help channel
  3. Open a support ticket through the ticket system
  4. Describe your issue in detail in the ticket

Our team will assist you through the ticket system as soon as possible. For faster support, please include details about the product you're using, screenshots if applicable, and the specific issue you're experiencing.

What if I don't know how to upload assets?

Using our assets requires basic knowledge of Blender and Unity. If you're new to avatar customization, here's what you need to know:

  • You'll need to have a basic understanding of Blender for adjustments and Unity for avatar uploads
  • We recommend checking out tutorials to get started

How do I download Discord-only products?

To access Discord-exclusive products:

  1. Join our Discord server if you haven't already
  2. Navigate to the #discord-exclusives channel
  3. Find the product you want to download and click the download button
  4. Answer the questions prompted by the bot
  5. The bot will then send the product to you via direct message

Make sure your Discord privacy settings allow direct messages from server members to receive your downloads.

How do I commission you for custom work?

Commission status:

  • For personal projects: CLOSED
  • For avatar releases needing custom clothing or additional work: OPEN

If you're an avatar creator looking for custom clothing for your upcoming release, please reach out via Discord direct message with your project details, timeline, and specific requirements.

Due to high demand, we currently cannot accept personal commission requests. Please check our Discord announcements for updates on when personal commissions might reopen.

What if I want to give away some of your products to my community?

I'm open to working with communities for giveaways under certain conditions. Whether I can collaborate with you depends on:

  • Your community size
  • Activity level
  • Whether I'm familiar with your community already

I'm always supportive of communities hosting raffles, events, giveaways, or other activities that benefit charity causes. If you're interested in arranging a giveaway, please reach out via Discord to discuss the possibilities.

What do you use to make your assets/models?

I create my assets and models using a combination of software tools:

  • Substance Painter 3D
  • Marvelous Designer
  • Blender
  • Photoshop
  • Unity

Each tool serves a specific purpose in my workflow, from initial modeling to texturing and final implementation.

Do you do tutorials? I want to know how to make assets like you

Unfortunately, I don't currently create tutorials as it causes me stress and I find it challenging to clearly explain my process.

If I do decide to release tutorials in the future, they will be announced in the #announcements channel in my Discord server. Until then, there are many excellent tutorials available online for Blender, Substance Painter, and Marvelous Designer that can help you get started.
